Aluminum Pontoon Offer - descritpion

manufacturer – gives you much more confidence in your boat purchase.
The pontoon tubes (made of 3 or 4mm 5754 H22 salt water resistant aluminum sheet) as you can see on the drawing – a tube is divided into several modules (chambers) in contrast to the other pontoon tubes manufacturers who divide the tubes only with one wall separator. Each module is sealed and it’s length is 1,5m.
In case of damage – usually one module could be destroyed, the whole rest will be still sealed and safety.
We use molded caps as walls’ separators. They give pontoon tubes extra strength and safety.
Also our tubes are equipped with longitudinal beams for easy crossbeams installation. They are welded to the tubes on theirs entire length and give our tubes extra rigidity.

- each module is 1,5m long except the front one which length is 1m
- each module ends with molded cap
- each module is equipped with a pressure equalizing 8mm tube
- there are welded parallel mounting beams which are full length not only under crossbeams.
- additional rock guards are welded to the bottom of tube and also to it’s outer sides.
